About the Role
Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores for clients across various industries.
Implement responsive and visually appealing Shopify themes based on client requirements.
Integrate third-party applications and plugins to enhance the functionality of Shopify stores.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify stores.
Optimize Shopify stores for performance, speed, and SEO.
Collaborate with clients and team members to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business objectives.
Ensure that all Shopify stores comply with best practices in web development, security, and eCommerce standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify features, tools, and best practices.
Provide technical support and training to clients on managing their Shopify stores.
Assist in the development and implementation of custom Shopify apps as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Shopify Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful Shopify projects.
Proficiency in Shopify Liquid template language, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies.
Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and user experience design.
Experience with Shopify's API and integrating third-party services.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Knowledge of SEO best practices for eCommerce websites.
Bachelor’s degree in web development, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
