About the Role
Generate leads and identify potential clients for our services.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and closing deals, preferably in the creative and technical services industry.
Strong understanding of the services we offer: copywriting, web design, photography, music production, video production, online stores, and custom applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Familiarity with digital marketing and online sales techniques is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
